What the site is

The site describes our cargo and freight insurance and lets you request a quote, file a claim, contact us, or apply for a role. The content is general information about our products. It isn't insurance advice for your situation, and reading it doesn't create cover.

Quotes are not cover

A quote, calculator result, or message through this site is not a binding offer of insurance and does not put cover in place. Cover begins only when we issue a policy and you accept its terms. Calculator figures use published carrier fee schedules and are estimates; your real premium depends on your shipping profile and the policy we agree.

Accuracy

We keep the site as accurate as we can, but provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind. Rates, examples and details change, and we don't guarantee the site is free of errors or always current. Where the policy wording and the site differ, the policy wording governs.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the site unlawfully or to harm it.
• Don't try to break, overload, or scrape it at a scale that burdens our hosting.
• Give accurate information when you request a quote or file a claim. Insurance decisions rely on it.

The text, design, logo and graphics on this site belong to Taimark Assurance LLC. You may link to our pages. Please don't copy substantial parts without permission. Carrier names and logos shown belong to their owners and appear only to describe the carriers we cover.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Taimark Assurance LLC isn't liable for loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its general content. This doesn't limit anything owed under an actual policy we've issued, which is governed by that policy.
